Conference Registration Form

 

Thank you for your interest in the 6th UKA Officials Conference

Each delegate must complete an individual registration form. Places will be allocated in order of application until all places are full. The conference is free to attend.

To apply please complete the form below and click submit OR print out this page and return it by post to UKA, Officials Conference Registration, Athletics House, Central Boulevard, Blythe Valley Park, Solihull, B90 8AJ.

The deadline for registration is Tuesday 31 March 2009.

Pre Conference Social Event - Back for 2012
Pre Conference Social Event 2012
UKA are pleased to announce that we will be holding a social event in 2012. Numbers are restricted to 100 people. The social event will be a quiz and pre dinner activities and a three course dinner. Places are limited to 100 and will be allocated in order of application. Accommodation can be booked at the St. Johns Hotel at a cost of £73 per single room or £83 per double room on a bed and breakfast basis or there are other hotels within a few miles of the St John's Hotel. Delegates will be responsible for organising and paying for their own accommodation. If you wish to attend this event then please tick the box on the conference registration form. We will advise you whether you have been successful in securing a place.
