A Look Back To... The Career of Steve Cram

Whilst the glory days of GB middle distance dominance are behind us for now, Andy Baddeley showed Britain can still be a contender on the world stage for middle distance with an impressive win at the Dream Mile in the Bislett Games earlier in June.

In 1985 – in the space of just 19 days Steve Cram broke the world records for 1500m, a mile and 2000m. His impressive career has acted as inspiration for many athletes  - so visit our Hall of Fame section to read about the career of Steve Cram.
