UKA WARM WEATHER TRAINING

Harry AA borrowed the video camera for an afternoon at UKA's recent Warm Weather Training Camp in Formia, Italy.

Along with fellow sprinter James Dasaolu, he visits the training facilities, shows off some training exercises in the gym and speaks to Larry Achike, Louise Hazel and UKA Head Coach Charles van Commenee.
