Idowu hits the basketball court for Lucozade Sport FREE60

Triple Jump World Champion Phillips Idowu went head to head on the basketball court this week for his Lucozade Sport FREE60 challenge.

From 5 aside football at Powerleague to wakeboarding the FREE60 promotion offers consumers the chance to try new and different sports for free. Every bottle of Lucozade Sport is worth £13 and with 23 sports to choose from Lucozade is encouraging everyone to get involved this summer. 

Last month saw Olympic medal winning gymnast Louis Smith beaten by boxing star Anthony Ogogo in a punching challenge. In this second video, from a Lucozade ambassador, Idowu is just pipped at the post by up and coming basketball star Jack Macdonald.

The athletes were at the City of Birmingham Basketball Club where they got the chance to compare their ball skills before Macdonald got the bragging rights, beating Idowu 10 to 6.
