New Year Honours for Ohuruogu and Weir

Weir honoured by the Queen in New Years Honours list

Olympic and Paralympic gold medallists Christine Ohuruogu and David Weir have been recognised in the  New Year’s Honours List released today.

 

Olympic 400m champion Ohuruogu and 800m/1500m Paralympic champion Weir were both awarded MBEs in recognition of their services to sport.
