Meeting two of the McCain UK Cross Challenge Series 2009/2010 - Liverpool (incorporating the European Cross Country Trials) on Saturday 28th November - is now open for online entry.


The series will begin at the Riverside Bowl in Gateshead on 14th November before moving on to Sefton Park in Liverpool, Blackweir Fields in Cardiff (Saturday 17th January) and Greenmount College, Antrim (Saturday 23rd January).

The McCain UK Cross Challenge Final - doubling up as the World Cross Country Trials - will take place in Birmingham, venue TBC, on Saturday 13th March. 

UKA's winter selection policies, considering both the European and World Cross Country Championships, are available now on the UKA website.
