World Class Performance Anti Doping

For Athletes - To Immediately update your whereabouts -please follow this link to the Adams website.

Doping is the administration of a prohibited substance and/or method to enhance performance or recovery.  To allow the use of prohibited substances or methods would be to allow science to decide who wins or loses - it would take the athlete out of athletics.

UK Athletics works with the IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations), the IPC (International Paralympic Committee), WADA (the World Anti Doping Agency) and UKAD (UK Anti-Doping) in the fight against doping, and conducts a full and comprehensive anti-doping programme covering the three important areas of education, testing (both in and "no notice" out of competition) and results management.

We hope that this Anti-Doping section of the UK Athletics website provides you with all the information you may need.

If you are unable to find the information you need, or if you feel that we could enhance this section with further information, please fill in an Anti-Doping Feedback Form or contact us at antidoping@uka.org.uk and we will endeavour to assist you.
