Hey there

No warm weather training for me this year but having never been I don’t feel too left out!

So far this season training has been going well and I have done a few competitions.  My last race was the 800m at the Middlesex county champs where I came first in poor conditions but I managed to run close to my PB which was pleasing.

Two weeks prior to that I became BUCS 400m champion along with a championship best.

Next up for me is the McCain Loughborough international this weekend where I will be doing a 400m flat - don’t worry this isn't a permanent career move, I’ll soon be jumping some hurdles!

Even though the season has come round very quickly I’m really looking forward to the competitive year ahead, especially the European championship, and I hope that the hard strenuous winter training pays off.

Will catch up soon with some more blogs
