- Performance focused, proactive psychology that is coach driven and athlete centred.
- Working in a collaboration with coaches and other support staff to design individualised interventions that are applicable in an athlete’s training and competition environment.
- An informal and integrated approach to deliver individualised psychology support. To develop psychological skills and coping resources.
- Where appropriate, referral on to clinical psychology or other medical services.
- Adhering to the highest ethical standards.
