UKA takes its responsibilities towards the welfare of young people in Athletics very seriously and requires everyone in athletics who has significant contact with children to have an Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service Check.
Please note that UKA DBS team no longer provide DBS services for England Athletics or Welsh Athletics.
UKA will continue to process DBS applications made prior to 30th September and the data will be transferred securely.
You may continue to use UKA DBS services if you are making an application for a position within UKA (UKA staff) you are a level 4 official or your application is for a position within parkrun.
Please note that UKA cannot provide advice or support in relation to the new processes or procedures from the 1st of October and cannot forward e mails to the relevant home country.

UKA have now moved to an online system for UKA DBS Applications, please follow the link below for further instructions.
If you encounter any problems whilst completing the online form or require any technical assistance please contact the UKA Welfare Team on dbs@uka.org.uk outlining your problem and a member of the team will contact you to assist in resolving the issue.
For England Athletics and Welsh Athletics Applicants
Log in England Athletics | Welsh Athletics to check your DBS status, please ensure your contact details are correct. Your Username for your portal is your UKA License Number shown on your UKA card.
