Triathlete Non Stanford had a big breakthrough at 10km and her 32:41 two-minute PB moved her top of the McCain Power of Ten 10km women’s rankings for 2013.

Richard Weir (David Sunderland) went second in the men’s rankings with his 29:51 victory.

Steven Lewis made his outdoor debut for 2013 and won with a vault of 5.55m to go top of the Mcain Power of Ten outdoor rankings.

He pushed former Olympic and World Champion Steve Hooker of Austrlia into second and another six metre vaulter, the former world outdoor and indoor champion Brad Walker was third.

European Indoor Champion Holly Bleasdale (Dan Pfaff) won with a vault of 4.61m.

Luke Cutts won the men’s competition with a season’s best of 5.46m to go second in the UK pole vault rankings.
