The company values image was created by our employees as a visual representation of the British Athletics values. These values replace the previous core competencies within Performance Management and should guide our behaviours and actions across the sport every day.

Our values are:

• Communication is timely and relevant to our specific stakeholders.
• We operate with integrity.
• We deliver quality performance through innovation and continual improvement.
• Respect is shown to everyone we work with.
• We all take accountability for our actions and responsibilities.

The values image and commemorative plaque have been installed at the British Athletics head office, along with the names of the employees who designed it. There are also plans to install the same at the NPI in Loughborough.
