So what are the British Athletics company values?

The company values image was developed by our employees as a visual representation of the British Athletics values. These values replace the core competencies in the Performance Management and should be reflected in all that we do on a daily basis throughout the sport.

• We operate with integrity
• We deliver quality performance through innovation and continual improvement
• Respect is shown to everyone we deal with
• We all have accountability

The values image and plaque has been erected at the British Athletics head office along with the names of the employees who designed it; with plans for the same to be erected at the NPI in Loughborough.

With the help and support from our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion lead, Lorna Dwyer and supported by the whole of the British Athletics board, these values will be embedded throughout our organisation and become part of our culture.
