The competition entails ONE winner who gets the most number of shares two VIP hospitality tickets to the London Athletics Meet on Sunday 23rd July 2023. 10 runners up will receive two standard tickets each.

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. The Promoter: The Promoter and Data Controller is British Athletics [UK Athletics Ltd] of Athletics House, Alexander Stadium, B42 2BE. Entries to this address will NOT be accepted. This promotion is run in conjunction with Müller UK & Ireland Group LLP.

2. Eligibility: This promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain (England, Wales & Scotland only) aged 18 years or over. Proof of age and residence may be required. Promotion excludes residents of the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

3. Promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of: the Promoter; any agencies involved with the promotion; and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

4. Internet access and social media accounts are required. Only online entries will be accepted.

5. The “Promotion Period” opens on Friday 29^th June 2023 and closes at 5:00PM on Sunday 16th July 2023 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted. Only one entry permitted per person during the Promotion Period.

6. If any Winner does not confirm acceptance of their prize within forty-eight [48] hours of the original notification, the Promoter reserve the right to disqualify their entry and award the prize to a reserve Winner drawn from the original entries.

7. To enter the prize draw before the Closing Date, entrants must:

8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay, or other reason whatsoever. All entries become the property of the Promoter. No entries can be returned or copied to the entrant.

9. The “Prize” consists of:Two VIP hospitality tickets to the London Athletics Meet on Sunday 23rd July 2023 for the winner who gets the most amount of shares. 10 runners up will receive two standard tickets each.

   The Event takes place at the London Stadium on Sunday 23^rd July 2021. The Promoter will not reimburse any travel, accommodation or other costs, these are incurred solely at the Winner’s expense.

10. The Prize Winners must comply with the full ticketing terms & conditions of British Athletics [https://www.britishathletics.org.uk/termsandconditions/]. Prize Winners must read and agree to comply with the British Athletics Spectator Code of Conduct [https://www.britishathletics.org.uk/spectator-code-of-conduct/]. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

11. The Winners will be subject to a verification process to confirm that the Winners satisfy these terms and conditions. No cash or alternative prize will be offered in whole or in part.

12. Entrants who do not give correct details will be discounted from entering the promotion. It is the entrant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter by email if their address has changed since they submitted their entry. Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will not be accepted. No bulk entries permitted.

13. The Promoter is not responsible for the functionality and accessibility of the Website. The Promoter will not be responsible for defects or malfunctions in the operation of the Website howsoever caused which affect the operation of the promotion.

14. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of any aspects of the Prize caused by the provision of wrong information, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

15. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using/has used computer(s) to circumvent these terms and conditions by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entry will be void. The Promoter will immediately disqualify any entrant who is tampering with the entry process.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to accept any entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion. The Promoter will be the final arbiter on all decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. By entering the Promotion, the entrant agrees that, if they become a Prize Winner, their first name may be published by the Promoter, on their respective social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and in other media at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

18. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

19. The Promoter will collect personal information from the entrant for the purposes of administering this promotion but will not share this personal information with any third parties. This includes contacting Winners via direct message and/or email and publicising information about the Prize Winners on social media. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to the collection and use of their data in this manner.

20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

21. If any provision or part provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part provision will be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part provision under this clause will not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

T&Cs for all Competitions

1. By entering the competition, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The competition prize and what it entails will be clearly outlined at the time of launch.
3. If related to a specific event the location and date will be clearly stated.
4. Travel and accommodation expenses are not included unless specified.
5. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
6. Eligibility for being selected among the winning entries is based on the number of shares received on the social media channels listed on the competition page.
7. After the closing date, UK Athletics will contact the winner to seek all personal details required.
8. UK Athletics reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the prize draw rules or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.
