The 2012 Outdoor Televised and Domestic events availability forms have been sent to all officials on the UK Active List (previously National List).

All UK Active list officials should submit a return, even nil returns must be submitted.  All returns must be sent to Andrew Clatworthy by email or post to arrive before 24 December 2011
