Celebrating 30 years of Great British & Northern Ireland Ultra marathon running, the Ultra-Running Advisory Group would like to invite anyone who has represented GB&NI in the last 30 years to put their name forward for the IAU 6hr Global Solidarity virtual event.

As an unranked event we’re not focusing solely on the biggest distances, although you can if you wish, but bringing together two teams, nine male, nine female, to showcase the current and past crop of athletes who have represented their country.

Each will have to run their own 6 hour event within current government guidelines in their location and will be included in our post event report sent to the IAU.

If we have more than the nine male and nine female applications for either team then final selection will be decided by a lottery process, but all are still welcome to take part and share in the experience with the selected team.
