"Pole Vault with emphasis on development of the take off"

England Athletics East and London Regions invite all coaches to a workshop with former Australian Olympic team coach and author of highly regarded ‘From Beginner to Bubka’ Alan Launder.

The workshop takes place at Lee Valley High Performance Centre on Monday 25 February from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm and offers a rare chance to work with Alan who lives and works in Australia.
