Andrew Davies (Stockport) has been added to the Great Britain and Northern Ireland marathon squad for the European Athletics Championships following the withdrawal of Ross Millington due to injury.

Davies ran a marathon personal best of 2:14.20 in Seville earlier this year and he has represented the British teams on a number of occasions, including at the 2017 World Championships in London.

He’ll join the other nine athletes who were selected back in April 2022.
