Liz Yelling and Phil Wicks have already been confirmed for this year’s Reading Half Marathon which takes place on 20 March – and although general entries are now closed, charity and runbritain Grand Prix entries are still available.

Entries for Reading are open up until Friday 21 January to anyone in the top 50 runbritain/UK rankings for 2010 at 5k, 10k, half marathon and marathon.

Last year Liz Yelling was ranked 14th for Half Marathon. Becky Penty, who was ranked 15th and is currently leading the 2011 rankings for the 10km, has also confirmed her entry. Phil Wicks was ranked 3rd in 2010.

The race starts in Green Park, 250m from the race site at Madejski Stadium with the route being exactly the same as in 2010.
