Bookings are now being taken for the 2nd European Endurance Coaches Conference, hosted by British Athletics in partnership with England Athletics. The conference will be held on 9-10 November at the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham University.

A World Class line up of speakers has been assembled from the coaching and sports science fields. Coaches to a number of world and European medalists such as Gjert Ingebrigtsen, Tomasz Lewandowski, Jenni Banks, David Sunderland, Bud Baldaro and Chris Jones will present alongside renowned scientists and sports practitioners including Yannis Pitsiladis, Neil Cronin, Charlie Pedlar, Nathan Lewis and Neil Black. 

Martin Rush, British Athletics’ Event Group Lead for Endurance, said:

“This promises to be an exciting and informative weekend of sharing coaching knowledge and experience, with a specific focus on how coaches and support staff can work together to produce world beating results.

“The BMC Gala Dinner on the Saturday evening, which includes an after dinner speech by Commentator and European 5000m medalist Tim Hutchings, also provides an excellent opportunity for delegates to network and share ideas with a who’s who of the European and World endurance coaching community.”
