Here’s a reminder of how each of these athletes are getting on just two weeks before the all-important Aviva 2012 Trials on the 22-24 June – the most competitive Olympic Trials in 20 years.

Holly Bleasdale:

Holly Bleasdale has yet to achieve the current Olympic ‘A’ qualifying standard of 4.50m, but after a series of strong performances earlier this year, the 20 year old pole vaulter remains one of Britain’s brightest prospects for Olympic glory this summer.

You can watch Bleasdale in action at the Aviva 2012 Trials on Sunday 24 June

Conrad Williams

Conrad Williams sent a warning out to his nearest rivals last weekend, clocking an Olympic ‘A’ qualifying standard of 45.09 in Geneva and beating rivals Luke Lennon-Ford, Chris Clarke, Louis Persent, Robert Tobin and Richard Buck on his way to victory. Williams will also have to keep an eye on British number one Martyn Rooney and Michael Bingham, as well as Nigel Levine, who made the qualifying mark in Oslo last night.

You can see Williams in action in the 400m on 22-23 June at the Aviva 2012 Trials

Harry Aikines-Aryeetey

Only James Dasaolu and Adam Gemeli have achieved the current Olympic ‘A’ qualifying since 1 April, but with a personal best of 10.10, Aikines-Aryeetey will certainly be in contention when he lines up in the 100m at the Aviva 2012 Trials later this month.

Aikines-Aryeetey will be in action on 22-23 June at the Aviva 2012 Trials

Tom Parsons

After finishing 8th in Beijing in 2008, high-jumper Tom Parsons will be looking to qualify for his second successive Olympics this year. Parsons has yet to secure the current Olympic ‘A’ qualifying standard, but with Games experience under his belt, he will certainly be one to watch out for as he aims for Olympic selection at Birmingham’s Alexander Stadium.

Parsons will go head-to-head with British number one Robbie Grabarz and Olympic silver medallist Germaine Mason at the Aviva 2012 Trials on Sunday 24 June

Luke Gunn

After securing the Olympic ‘B’ qualifying standard last month in Belgium, Britain’s number one ranked steeplechaser Luke Gunn will have his eyes set on the magic 8:23.10 mark as he bids for selection for this summer’s Olympic Games.

You can watch Gunn in action in the 3000m steeplechase on Saturday 23 June
