Tickets are now on general sale for the 2013 British Athletics Series with events taking place in Glasgow, Birmingham, Sheffield and London.

After 21 memorable years at Kelvin Hall, the British Athletics International Match returns to Glasgow in 2013 in the new Commonwealth Arena. On Saturday 26 January, the new 5,000 seat state of the art facility will host its first world class athletics meeting as some of the biggest names in athletics take to the track for the first time in 2013.

The stars of British athletics will then return to Sheffield for the British Athletics European Trials & UK Championships on 9-10 February 2013 in an action-packed weekend of athletics. British athletes will be fighting for a place at the European Indoor Championships in Gothenburg, and the meet is set to be a weekend of exhilarating action, not to be missed.

The British Athletics Grand Prix comes to the NIA in Birmingham on Saturday 16 February for what is widely regarded as the world’s best indoor athletics event.

Now in its third year, the prestigious British Athletics Birmingham Grand Prix will welcome a world-class line up to the West Midlands as the best athletes in the world take to the track and field at the Alexander Stadium for the star-studded Samsung Diamond League meet on Sunday 30 June.

Britain’s best athletes will return to the Birmingham Alexander Stadium for the biggest date in their 2013 calendar as 700 athletes take part in the British Athletics World Trials and UK & England Championships. With places on Britain’s team to the IAAF World Championships in Moscow up for grabs across the weekend, the stars of British athletics will need to be on top form if they want to secure a place on the British team.

The world’s best athletes will descend on the nation’s capital as the British Athletics London Grand Prix returns to Crystal Palace on 26-27 July. Considered one of the best Samsung Diamond League meets in the world, 2012 saw a host of British and international champions put in show-stopping performances.
