Following the appointment of Mark Munro as interim CEO of UK Athletics for the next 6 months, Chris Moss has been appointed to the role of interim Development Director for the same period.

The appointment has been made possible through the close working partnership with Welsh Athletics who have enabled Chris to second to UK Athletics in order to support the delivery of this vital area.

Mark Munro said:

It is essential the progress we have made and continue to make in this vital area doesn’t pause whilst I am fulfilling the CEO role, and in Chris we know we have a really strong individual who can continue to take things forward.”

“I am pleased to be able to support UKA and Mark for these next few months. The cross collaboration across key development areas between the home nations and UKA is incredibly important. I am really looking forward to working with the wider team, it is essential that we coordinate our efforts and support organisationally through times like these.”
