Crates Cycling Across UK For Paralympics GB

24 May 2011

With just 463 days to go until the London 2012 Paralympics, Danny Crates is hoping to raise £50,000 for Paralympics GB by cycling across the UK.

As part of the Deloitte Ride Across Britain, the 2004 Paralympic Champion will lead around 550 riders as they attempt to cycle from John O’Groats to Lands End – a distance of 1000 miles – in nine days.

There are just under four weeks to go until the event which in its inaugural year in June 2010 raised over £372,000 for Paralympics GB.
