Essential Updates For Athletes Targeting Major Championships In 2022

UK Athletics has confirmed the key selection principles that will help athletes target major championship selection in 2022.

The principles outline the key dates, trials and automatic selection processes for the World Athletics Championships in Oregon 15-24 July and the European Athletics Championships in Munich 15-21 August ahead of the full selection policies being published later this month.

With the exception of the marathon event, athletes will not be precluded from competing in multiple Championships and UK Athletics will endeavour to select the strongest possible team for both Championships.
