Adam Gemili is to be coached by British Athletics sprints coach Steve Fudge. 

The 20-year-old has parted company with Michael Afilaka, who he worked with since January 2012, when he swapped his football boots for athletics spikes.

"I would like to place on record my thanks to Michael and the group I was training with" said Adam.

"I am now looking forward to working with my new coach and I’m excited about what the future holds."
