Mccain Cardiff Cross Challenge Update

18 January 2013

While today’s snow has brought much of the country to a standstill, hardened cross country runners will show just how dedicated they are by braving the cold on Sunday for the McCain Cardiff Cross Challenge.

Following a course inspection today, organisers are confident that the event at Cardiff’s Blackweir Fields will go ahead as planned despite today’s heavy snowfall across South Wales and the rest of the country.

There will be a further course inspection and review of the local and national traffic situation at 9.00am on Saturday morning. Keep an eye on the UKA website, twitter and facebook for further information.
