The UK Athletics Race Walking Event Conference is being held on Sunday 9 December at 10am at the Headingley Campus of Leeds Metropolitan University.

The day will be led by Andi Drake – UK Event Coach (Race Walking) and speakers will include:

• Andy Paul (UK Athletics Head of Athletic Development)
• Brian Hanley (Biomechanist Carnegie Faculty of Sport and Education)
• Neil Holmes (Carnegie Athletics Coach/XLR8 – Strength and Conditioning for Race Walkers)

Practical workshops will be included and the delegate fee is just £15, including lunch.
