The Ron Pickering Memorial Fund is reminding young athletes that all applications for grants from the Fund must be received by close of play this Wednesday 30th November.

The fund which has generously supported a number of the country’s top athletes such as James Shane during their developing careers continues to provide financial assistance to up and coming athletes. It has already generously raised and donated in excess of £1 million to the sport of athletics in the approach to 2012.
