I still haven’t received a refund for Crystal Palace. When will I get this?

If you have not yet received a refund for your Crystal Palace tickets, then please contact Ticketmaster directly at www.ticketmaster.co.uk

What if I am on holiday or unavailable during the on-sale window?

Due to the exceptionally high demand for tickets, we can only guarantee priority for a set amount of time and on a particular date. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you take advantage of the priority window offered to you.

I bought finish line seats, will I get these again?

Finish line tickets in the Stadium are available for purchase as Diamond tickets.

If you purchased a Diamond ticket for the Crystal Palace event then you will have the opportunity to purchase a Diamond ticket at the same price for the Sainsbury’s Anniversary Games.

Can I book over the phone?
