The UK Athletics Event Management Group for Throws has arranged for hammer world record holder Yuriy Sedykh (Russia) to return and give his second Masterclass of the winter to athletes and coaches.

He will appear at Birmingham’s Alexander Stadium on Saturday 10 March (10am) following the success of his previous Masterclass in December.

There will be an opportunity to observe Sedykh working with a selected group of hammer throwers from the UK squad as well as doing other useful drills to correct technique. Following the training session, there will be a Masterclass and question and answer session.
