Simon Nathan, Head of Performance Operations, will leave UKA at the start of March to take on a new role as High Performance Director at Australian Athletics.

During his ten years at UKA, Nathan has been part of the Olympic Task Force and has played a key role in ensuring that British teams were managed effectively and could prepare in the best way possible for championship events.

Performance Director Neil Black said:

“Everybody at UK Athletics would like to wish Simon well and thank him for his excellent work as part of the performance team over the last ten years.”

“Simon was an essential part of the Olympic Task Force and his management of championship teams and their preparations has played a vital role in the success that British Athletics has enjoyed in recent years.”
