“We can confirm that Tom Paulson has made the difficult decision to resign from his role of Head of Paralympic Performance. We thank him for his work with the Programme and wish him all the best for the future.

“Katie Jones will take up the position of Interim Head of Paralympic Performance and will be supported in the delivery of the role by key members of the performance team including Head of Performance, Tommy Yule who will operate as the Team Leader for the Paralympic Games. We are very confident that this structure will support athletes and ensure that there are no disruptions to the delivery of the World Class Programme.”
