UK Athletics has published the selection policy for the 2022 European Throwing Cup on 12-13 March in Leiria, Portugal.

All athletes wishing to be selected for the 2022 European Throwing Cup must express their interest in competing by completing this form prior to the selection date.

To express your interest in competing at the British Winter Long Throws Championships in Loughborough on Sunday 27 February 2022 please contact David Turner: D.Turner@lboro.ac.uk. Please note that numbers are limited, and priority given to senior and high ranked U20 athletes due to timetable constraints.
