With the panel agreeing that this shortlist was one of the hardest to decide, the runners and riders vying for the national award are:

Steve Winfield – East Midlands

The Belper Harriers Secretary is recognised for his significant contributions to the club, during the last decade he has clocked an immense level of club related duties from competition organising, kit and logo design, developing mentoring schemes, hosting events, running the website and membership, funding applications and general work that benefits his club.
