UK Athletics have today commenced the recruitment process for the UKA Technical Director (Performance).

The Technical Director will take overall responsibility for the leadership of the Olympic and Paralympic High Performance System (HPS) for UK Athletics, whilst acting as the Performance Director in relation to the World Class Programme. There will be an initial focus on delivering success at the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympics.

Candidates for the role are required to have extensive performance knowledge and technical expertise in athletics – particularly track and field – across Olympic and Paralympic areas.
