UK Athletics has today (2 December 2022) published the updated list of case outcomes and decisions from recent weeks. These decisions are available to view here.

The table, covering disciplinaries, code violations and safeguarding outcomes publicises sanctions and case narratives where possible to do so, or basic details relating to the nature of the decision where a more detailed narrative is not publishable.

UKA take seriously a commitment to providing transparency around case decisions, and will endeavour – where possible – to publish some detail to ensure the sport is informed of the status of individuals. However, there may be times when we are unable to publish if there is risk it will compromise the work of partner agencies, or endanger the welfare of individuals involved in cases.
