UKA and England Athletics will be relocating to new offices at the Alexander Stadium, Birmingham, at the end of the month.

The brand new office complex constructed as part of the brand new back straight stand at the stadium represents a superb cost-effective solution for both bodies.

With UKA and England Athletics working closely together on a number of strategic business areas including coach education and training, competition structure, member services and schools’ athletics, it is envisaged the arrangement will ensure both bodies begin 2012 in the ideal position to fulfil their respective roles within the sport.

Due to the office move the switchboards of both UKA and England Athletics will be closed from Noon on Friday 25 November through to the start of office hours on Tuesday 29 November. Emails to staff at both organisations will not be delivered from the end of office hours on Thursday 24 November through to the start of office hours on Tuesday 29 November. Regional and Performance Centre based staff may be available by telephone only on their mobile telephone numbers during this period.

Please note from 28 November 2011:

• Email addresses for both UKA and England Athletics will remain unchanged

• The telephone number for UKA will not change

• The telephone number for England Athletics will become 0121 347 6543. Callers dialling the previous number will be given the new number

• The postal address for UKA and England Athletics will become UKA/England Athletics, Athletics House, Alexander Stadium, Walsall Road, Perry Barr, Birmingham, B42 2LR

• Mail forwarding from both England Athletics’ and UKA’s previous addresses will be in place following the move.
