The Aviva Great Britain & Northern Ireland team are in action this weekend at the IAU 100km World and European Championships in Sorgeno, Italy on Sunday 22 April.

Lizzy Hawker, Emily Gelder and Karen Rushton will be donning GB & NI vests amongst a record number of participants at the ultrarunning extravaganza – 222 athletes from 36 countries.

Hawker, the former 100km world champion, will be leading the British charges in northern Italy on the 20km loop course.
