BMC Mile Race, Oxford, July 28

ESAA 1500m champion Bobby Clay (coach:James Roberts) went top of the McCain Power of Ten Under-17 mile lists when she won the junior race in 4:44.49, which put her second on the UK all time lists.

Ricky Stevenson (Steve Shaw) set an outdoor PB of 3:57.56 which puts him second in the McCain Power of Ten outdoor mile rankings. Nathan Woodward (Nick Dakin) just missed his season’s best when he won the 400m hurdles in 49.49.
