Berlin Marathon, September 30

Sonia Samuels (George Gandy) improved her PB set at the London Marathon by almost three minutes when she finished ninth in 2:30:56. That time put her third in the McCain Power of Ten rankings.

Phil Anthony (Pete Mullervy), who lies third in the men’s rankings was just over a minute outside his PB and he finished 19th in 2:18:08.

Bristol Half Marathon, September 30

Hannah Walker(Bud Baldaro) made an excellent half-marathon debut to finish third in a time of 71:50 and that puts her fifth in the Half marathon rankings http://www.runbristol.com/SearchResults.aspx

William Knight (Morris Fox) improved his discus PB by almost six metres with 49.76m to go second on the McCain Power of Ten U15 rankings
