British Athletics are pleased to announce that the 6^th Annual Women’s Coaching Conference in partnership with the Women In Coaching Advisory Group will take place on Saturday 23 August in Birmingham.

Building on the success of the previous conferences, this year’s event promises to bring together an exciting line-up of speakers and topics.

Confirmed speakers include Sharon Hannan, who coached Sally Pearson to Olympic gold in 2012, Amanda Reddin OBE (pictured), former gymnastics coach to Olympic medallist Beth Tweddle and current head coach of British Gymnastics, and former Lead and Senior Psychologist for the English Institue of Sport,  Dr Kate Goodger.

Leonie Lightfoot, England Athletics’ Coach Development Manager said: “The Women’s Coaching Conference is fast becoming a firm favourite on on the annual coach development calendar of events, and this year’s conference promises to be an event not to be missed!”
