Competitors and spectators are being advised to leave plenty of time to travel to Birmingham’s Cofton Park, the venue for tomorrow’s World Cross Country Trials & Inter Counties Championships inc. McCain Cross Challenge final.

Roadworks on the A38 near Longridge are likely to cause travel delays approaching the venue and drivers should allow sufficient time to account for a delay.

Heavy rain in recent days has created muddy conditions and as a result spectators are also being advised to wear appropriate footwear in the park.
