Information on the Rules review process and Timeline are available on the accompanying Invitation to Submit Proposals for Rule Changes.

Proposals will only be considered if submitted on this form and will be accepted until 30th June 2023.

Proposals must be submitted on behalf of clubs and organisations affiliated to one of the four National Associations.

Please provide Rule Number, Proposal for Change and Reason for Proposed Change and complete all required sections. Further proposals may be made on a separate submission.
