Yesterday (Friday 17th December) UK Athletics held its Annual General Meeting. The meeting primarily focussed on concluding the Member nomination process for specific UKA Member roles and the receipt of the previously approved Annual Report and Accounts.

As previously announced there was only one eligible nomination for the Senior Coach post, therefore UKA are pleased to report that as part of this meeting Mike Leonard was confirmed to the UKA Members as the new Senior Coach Representative, replacing Toni Minichiello in this role.

In respect of the Track & Field Club Representative following the receipt of two eligible nominations a ballot has been held. The ballot was conducted on behalf of UKA by Civica Election Services with the voting closing on Tuesday 14th December. The results of the ballot were declared at the AGM and are as follows:

Grace Hall has been declared the winner and remains as the Track and Field Club Representative.

There were no nominations for the Non-Track and Field Club Representative and this post remains vacant.
